What can Google Voice do? Think of it as never missing your important calls ever again...

First you need to make a Google Voice account and get a Google number then you would be able to use its features.

What features does it consist of? Think of it like a phone organizer that allows you to manage your calls. For example you can forward certain calls to any phones you want. So lets say I forward all the calls from my manager at work to all my phones with the Google number that I have. This means that whenever he decides to call that "Google number" all the phones that were forwarded to it will receive the call! Amazing right?

This means that people will never miss important phone calls. Say I forgot my cell phone at my friends house, no worries I will still get the call at home! Another aspect to it is that you can even put a time on it; meaning that you can have certain phones ring at certain times. For example all calls can go to my home phone before 4:00 pm and to my cellphone after.

This will keep all the annoying junk calls separate from the important ones. From the Google Voice account you can also manage your voice mails like e-mails.

The best part however from this is that Google is doing this for free!!
Although you will need a invitation from Google or a current user. The way to do that is from the following link: Get Google Voice
Another feature that I am not too aware of, that I heard of was that you get free texting but only if you have a black berry.

It would be best if you guys leave comments on it if you are aware of this topic more than I am, after all we are sharing ideas.
